Compare and contrast good and poor examples of eLearning
Describe the elements of a well-designed user interface
Describe the elements of interactivity and user flow of control
Discuss the features and elements of eLearning that motivate learners
Describe the features of eLearning that result in effective learning
Devise an eLearning solution which addresses a specific instructional problem
Choose and use an appropriate eLearning application to solve a specific instructional problem
Create a rationale for a proposed eLearning program which describes how the program addresses learner characteristics, learning theories, program objectives, constraints, and resources
Develop a storyboard (or flowchart) for a proposed eLearning program
Develop a working prototype for a proposed eLearning program
Individually demonstrate proficiency with software applications to create a cohesive and effective eLearning program
Work as part of a design team (this may occur in whole class discussion)
