Course Objectives

1. Acknowledge and articulate fundamental concepts, frameworks, and theories related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.

2. Apply critical perspectives by analyzing examples from diverse personal and professional experiences.

3. Identify the intersectionality of their diverse identities and recognize similarities and differences with others. 

4. Recognize institutional and systemic barriers to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in the field of learning design and technology.

5. Develop or redesign technology-based learning activities that promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning opportunities.
