For the Persona assignment artifact, I developed a detailed profile of a prospective adult learner for a Personal Development (PD) plan. Aligned with ISTE Standard Designer 2.5.c, this project emphasized learner-centered design by analyzing the needs, goals, and challenges of adult learners to inform effective instructional strategies. By crafting a realistic persona, I demonstrated the importance of designing personalized, meaningful learning experiences that align with professional growth and development. This artifact showcased the strategic use of instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and success in adult education.
