DESCRIPTION

For the Individual Learning Development Plan (IDP) assignment artifact, I designed a structured professional growth plan for Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to enhance their competencies in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Aligned with ISTE Standard Professional Learning Facilitator 4.5.a, this project emphasized the creation of a targeted, learner-centered development framework to support skill advancement. By identifying key learning objectives, resources, and competency milestones, the IDP provided a strategic roadmap for ISDs to build proficiency in industry-standard design tools. This artifact demonstrated the effective use of instructional planning to facilitate meaningful and goal-oriented professional learning experiences.
