Instructional Design (ID) Project
Educators apply evidence-based instructional design principles to create innovative and equitable digital learning environments that support learning.
For the Instructional Design (ID) Project artifact, I developed an online course to replace a traditional face-to-face instruction module for a Workshop Development course. Aligned with ISTE Standard Designer 2.5.c, this semester-long project emphasized learner-centered design by integrating interactive and digital learning experiences.Â
Using authentic content from my role as an adjunct professor at Virginia Wesleyan University, I structured the module within Google Sites and incorporated an interactive, self-paced demonstration using Articulate Storyline. This artifact demonstrated the effective use of instructional design principles and technology to enhance accessibility and engagement in online learning.
