Instructional Poster Project
Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation, curation and adoption of new digital resources and tools for learning.
For the Instructional Poster Project artifact, I designed a visually informative poster on the JMU Library Book Delivery Options for Faculty. Aligned with ISTE Standard Leader 2.2.c, this project promoted effective communication by leveraging design principles to present four delivery options in a clear and engaging format. Created in Illustrator, the poster incorporated a variety of image types—including representative, organizational, interpretive, transformative, and mnemonic elements—to provide a visual solution to the information delivery challenge. This artifact demonstrated how instructional design and visual storytelling can enhance user understanding and accessibility of educational resources.
